Slimming world Fakeaway kebab
If you are looking for something for your Saturday night dinner then look no further- this takeaway kebab won't disappoint! The great thing about this is that you can throw it all in the slow cooker- great for busy mums! Or anyone that wants any easier way to get dinner done of an evening!
This is syn free using your HEB for the pitta bread.
I added some lighter than light mayo (0.5 syns for 1 tsp)
You will need-
500g lean beef mince (5% fat)
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp chilli
Pinch of salt and pepper
Then just put it all in a bowl and then get your hands in there and mix it all up. Shape it into a log shape and place it in the slow cooker. No water or anything like that just drop it in the slow cooker
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Take it out and leave to rest for 15 minutes
Slice it up thinly and serve in pitta bread with salad, a side of "slimming world chips" and some sweet corn
It is delicious!
